Meet the Team
With a collective 25 years of experience, the Syndicate Management team is here to support you in all facets of property management. Syndicate Management Group offers a full range of professional property management services tailored to you as an investor, homeowner, or landlord. We have an extensive portfolio of multi-family complexes, single family homes, and commercial buildings in the Union County area.
Syndicate Management Group is licensed to perform real estate and property management services in the state of North Carolina. We are also members of the National Association of Realtors, Union County Association of Realtors, and the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors.
We pride ourselves on community engagement, understanding the fabric of the areas we serve, and give back in any way that we can.
Tripp Melton » Property Manager, Owner, Broker-In-Charge
Tripp Melton, a third generation Union County resident, started his career in real estate in 2007. From the very beginning he has been heavily involved in diverse property management portfolios across the entire real estate spectrum. Engaging with owners and investors at various stages of experience has allowed him to use his knowledge and skill set to improve upon existing assets, creating income generating properties, thus helping to increase their value.
When not at work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events and being involved in the local community.
Erin Melton » Accounts Manager
Erin is a real estate agent and business professional with over 10 years of experience in project and team management inside of a corporate setting. Her budget management experience inside multi-million dollar projects gives her a robust knowledge in investment potential and fund allocation as it pertains to increasing property functionality and value.
She brings a level of detail and attentiveness to all of Syndicate Management Groups accounts, benefiting both current and future clients.
Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and is also an avid crafter.
Demontris McCray » Maintenance Technician
Demontris “D” is our in-house maintenance specialist. Providing over 10 years experience in maintenance and repairs, he is well versed in many areas of his field such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general repairs.
His positivity, work quality and attention to detail are what sets him apart. Having him as part of our team is a tremendous asset for all our clients, residents and commercial tenants.
Demontris has always lived in Union County and enjoys spending time with his family and friends and loves watching sports and barbecuing.
